Credit cards must be used to guarantee a reservation. Cards are validated and charges are pre- approved at time of ordering. Charges are not processed until after service is rendered and all totals are accumulated. Customers may elect to pay all or part of the final balance in cash if they so desire at time of service. Tolls, cleaning fees, wait- time, and unordered overtime will be charged in addition to the ordered total if applicable.
Rental Agreement
You agree to pay for all services including any overtime not ordered in advance, cleaning fees, damages, toll and parking, etc... You must pay for services in advance, by the hour only, unless otherwise specified, with the credit card listed or a pre- arranged form of payment. In the event that such credit card is denied you will be responsible for paying the amount due plus a $50.00 fee and any discount will be added back into the amount due immediately. If within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this charter you do not pay the full balance you agree to make the amount due a loan from us to you and you agree to pay a 30.9% interest rate. Anything written on this sheet by you or your party will not be considered a part of this contract unless you are adding gratuity. All orders and disputes must be directed to our office staff. OUR CHAUFFEURS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING, PLACING, OR AMENDING ORDERS IN ANY WAY. CHASE LIMOUSINE and all of our affiliated companies reserve the right to store your personal information on file for a minimum of two years. No personal information will ever be sold to a third party. By signing the charter sheet you show that you have read the charter sheet,understand, and agree to all of the above. ***Failure to sign the charter sheet will not relieve you from paying your bill. If any collection of this bill requires an attorney you agree to pay all reasonable legal fees.*** This contract pertains to all CHASE LIMOUSINE business including all of our local and national affiliates.***
