• Airport transfers cancelled 4 or more hours in advance will not incur charges.
• Airport transfers cancelled 2- 4 hours in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Airport transfers cancelled within 2- hours of service will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Airport transfers cancelled after time of service will incur a 2- hour minimum charge.

Hourly Charter Services

• Hourly charters (non- seasonal) require a 72- hour advance cancellation to avoid incurring the minimum  price of service to be charged to credit card on file. 

Point to Point Services

• Point to Point transfers require a 72 hour advance cancellation before incurring the minimum price of service to be charged to credit card on file. 

Prom Services

• Prom service requires a non- refundable $250.00 deposit and cancellations are not allowed.
